Payment

To pay for your order you have 4 payment methods:

By check: upon validation of your order you will receive an order form confirming the registration

of your order which you must print and return with your check to the name and address indicated. Only checks issued by a French bank are accepted.

Upon receipt of the check, your order will be processed, you will be notified by e-mail and the products will be shipped within 2 working days at the earliest, after receipt of the check, subject to provisions.

By transfer: upon validation of your order, you will receive an order form confirming the registration of your order. You must then contact your bank in order to make the transfer to the bank account, the details of which will be communicated to you.

Upon receipt of the transfer, your order will be processed, you will be notified by e-mail and the products will be shipped within 2 working days at the earliest after receipt of the transfer, subject to provisions.

Par credit card: payments by credit card are made through secure transactions

  provided by the online payment platform PayPal. This site does not have access to

no data relating to your means of payment. After validating your basket, you

must choose the payment option "PayPal ou CB".

The accepted bank cards are Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, American Express.

The PayPal platform has all the security standards for online payment.

In addition, you will not be asked to register for PayPal: when you are redirected

Delivery and returns

Claudine from Provence delivers its products in metropolitan France and Monaco, in the countries

from the EU, GB and Switzerland, and Canada, USA and Japan.

Our packages are delivered by La Poste via Colissimo, home delivery without signature, for the

France and Monaco and Colissimo International, home delivery against signature, for

other destinations.

The delivery costs amount to 6 euros for France and Monaco, 12 euros for the countries of

  the EU, GB and Switzerland, and 24 euros for Canada, Russia, Japan and the United States.

Delivery is free from 80 euros in mainland France and Monaco, at

from 150 euros in the EU, GB and Switzerland, and from 250 euros for

  for other destinations.

Delivery times are only indicative: 48 hours in metropolitan France

and Monaco, 3 to 14 days for other destinations.

How to make a return?

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your package.

On plain paper, you must give us your name and order number as well as the reason for your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
